I was quite worried about these. I had 20 lights on the 6ft tree just needed that bit more for the bottom area and these came in handy. I think I would buy another set 20 lights as back up for my existing mains lights as my old ones are 27 years old now. The bell shaped plastic is the same size as my older ones so thet match up fine. I've just put them up on the tree so we will monitor how long the 2 batteries AA last which do not come with the item. Unlike my older ones I do not think there is a fuse light could be wrong looks like if they fuse the lot goes in the bin but lets see how long they last look prertty sturdy.

These are something have been searching for for years. I used to have this design of light shades on my old lights about twenty years ago and they always looked so pretty, they throw a light that looks like a star on anything that is near. The lights of today are so often just a bulb, so these are a real find. They have all the attributes of modern lights, like the bulbs are old fashioned shapes but the real bright light of LED and they are white when not turned on but when lit they are the colours of the shades. I love them. Now I know this kind of lights are out there I shall be searching for longer sets. So, thanks to the people that have brought them to us.

Misleading it is not 6.6ft, there are 20 lights in total will fit across mantle piece, over priced, should of gone to The Range
