After using Cascade pods for many years, I just tried Blueland as a safer alternative. It has no plastic covering to breakdown into microplastics. It worked well, got the dishes, silverware and glasses sparkling clean . . . .a winner! Dish in photo is 45 years old!

Dishes come out clean, cuts through grease well. Love that it's unscented. My dishes don't stink or taste like soap! Ran out of them and had to get a small pack of Cascade for a few days while more shipped to me. It was horrible!! Dishes tasted and smelled like chemicals! Love these dishwasher tablets!

Excellent Dishwasher Detergent, I highly recommend this product! Glassware comes clearly clean, dishes are cleaned well & don’t have a smell or film like other products. 1 small tablet does the job! No heavy lifting of huge plastic jugs, less recycling, comes in heavy paper & packaged nice. I will always buy this Blue Land from Now on.

I really wanted to love these because I appreciate the non-toxic, plastic-free concept and have been trying to switch our household to cleaner products. Out of all the eco-friendly dishwasher detergents I’ve tried, this is honestly one of the better ones. That said, performance-wise, it doesn’t fully compete with traditional dishwasher pods wrapped in plastic film. If your dishes go into the dishwasher with any food still stuck on them, don’t be surprised if some come out with residue or bits of food still attached. I’ve found I need to rinse dishes pretty thoroughly beforehand for the best results. So for me, it’s a tradeoff: cleaner ingredients and less plastic waste versus the ultra-powerful clean you get from conventional pods. If non-toxic and environmentally friendly are your top priorities, this is probably the best option I’ve found so far. But if your main goal is spotless dishes with minimal pre-rinsing, this may not be the best

Product works well as far as actually cleaning the dishes but what sets it apart from other plastic free pressed tablet style dishwasher detergents I have tried is that the tablets themselves don't crumble and break in transit. Other brands I have tried worked well enough, smelled good, rinsed well BUT like half the bag was just dust by the time I received it. I was still able to use it up but all the promised convenience was lost since I still had to measure out scoops of powder in the end. I've not finished the bag yet but I'm about halfway through and so far I haven't found any broken tablets. Very satisfied and will likely purchase them again.

This is a great alternative to dishwashing detergents that have plastics or chemicals. The only issue I found was on the short cycle, the dishes and the machine had residue and spots. If I used the long cycle there were fewer of those. Perhaps because the extra rinse cycle gave it a more thorough rinse? That’s expected I suppose since most other detergents have added chemicals to prevent spots and stains whereas this one doesn’t (so they say). Overall good product we’ll keep buying it.

Add the rest of lemon after squishing the juice a 1 tab and you'll get your perfectly cleaned dishes.

Might as well have used plain water for what good it did in the dishwasher. Everything still felt greasy. And it was sent without any extra packing or box with the address label slapped on which covered the instructions. Poor product. Poor packaging from Amazon. Don’t waste your money.

Favourite dish soap ever! Will be reordering monthly! It cleans the dishes well, does not have a strong smell and does not stain our stainless dishwasher of leave a residue! This is supposed to be the healthiest dish soap you can purchase!

Really wanted to move to these more eco friendly dishwasher tablets but they’re terrible. They leave residue inside glasses, mugs and bowls. Tried them on different settings and also 2 tablets at a time but same results. Poor product.
