UPDATED REVIEW!
Updated: The seller contacted me right away after my review and customized me a whole new backpack for my inogen g3 to fit properly. I’ve been using it alot for travel and it’s been holding up extremely well. I’m glad the canula doesn’t fold like it used to and it fits perfectly! Thank you so much for caring for your customers and the quality of your product Old: Too snug for the inogen g3 with double battery. It squeezes the Canula hole making it hard for the oxygen to flow when using it. It’s comfortable on the shoulders but I wish it fit and the holes were in the correct spot. Have to unzip it to charge my poc. Overall I travel often so I guess I have to work with its flaws

Nice medical backpack
Fits my Imogen pretty good. Just a tad large. Nice to have the storage for chargers.

The rivet around the power cord hole came off.
I love my backpack! It fits my concentrator with the double battery perfectly. The compartment under the concentrator holds an 8 hour battery, my concentrator car charger, and two 6 packs of sandwich crackers with a little room to spare. Although I haven't tried it, I'm pretty sure that the double battery and the car charger could fit without the crackers. ( I have diabetes so I have to take carbs along.). The downside? I've had my backpack for less than a month and the rivet for the power cord has already come off.

Ideal
My mom has terrible COPD and needs her Imogen oxygen with her all the time and this makes it so much easier because even though it’s a portable oxygen is still very heavy. It’s always sliding off her shoulder. It’s a hassle and this literally takes the weight off of her and makes it easier to live life and breathe and still do things. Distributes the weight easily the thing is very durable easy to clean and just perfect. And very comfortable to wear. Great quality

Waste of Money because of poor materials
Started off great, until the loop ripped off within the first two weeks. And then the name plate ripped off the front. And the clear plastic by the controls cracked in the first month. Oh, and the random zippers coming off. So by now you must think I have super natural strength .... I don't. My previous O2 backpack lasted a few years, this one for a couple of months. Great concept, poor materials and construction. Big sting for $50 wasted bucks and it looks like he'll.

Too Big for the Inogen One G5 Model
The Ad says this is compatible with the G3 and G5, but in reality it's too big for the G5 which I came to find out is smaller than the G3 model. My G5 kinda flops around inside the backpack, and the Charging Port doesn't line up with the opening so I had to shift the G5 around inside until I spot the Charging Port through the opening. After a few times of struggling with this I ended up just removing the G5 to charge it as that was faster than trying to line it up in the backpack. The pictures on the ad are misleading because it looks like the Concentrator is a nice tight fit in the backpack, but all the pictures show the larger G3 model. I did not know until I got this backpack that the G5 is about 20% smaller than the G3. They should not include the G5 in the description for this backpack as it's sized for the larger G3. They do make a few backpacks that say are a Specific Fit for the G5 so I ordered one of those and am returning this G3/G5 model. I hope the new G5 Specific version is a tight fit on my G5.

Will not stand up with concentrator in it.
It is comfortable to wear, but the design is not good for putting it down. It will not stand up with the concentrator in it.

To have an air machine suitable for this, maybe! But I would strongly suggest you consider if a backpack is worth, a view or could you get something similar from Amazon, I would strongly recommend their products I have purchased many over the years. So I would suggest you try to get something a little cheaper. No back pack is worth $86

For my G5 concentrator with the big battery this is an optimal back pack with pockets on the sides and a zippered pocket on the bottom, with lots of room for a second big battery and other items

This little bag has given my wife so much mobility! It's sturdy and convenient. Much better than the standard shoulder strap the O2 machine folks issue as a "standard".

Love it. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the bottom part with the zipper. I'm having a seamstress remove it. My oxygen fits perfectly. Perfect size.
