The SakLucia Crossbody Bag in Leather, Convertible Purse with Adjustable Strap

I really was excited for this bag, I have had a Sak bag for 5 years and it is still in excellent shape and was looking for a change. The price was good, but it’s a fake. The liner isn’t as shown, the matching guitar strap doesn’t match, hardware is the wrong color, quality is just okay, but we will see how well it holds up. Very disappointing.

Was so looking forward to this purse. I have a larger Sak that is quite heavy empty, so was hoping this would work. The pockets aren't what I'd hoped for but mostly it seems cheaply made. I don't think it would last long. Also the top is quite narrow for putting things in and out. Returned

I loved this bag at first, and still do. It is a perfect size w/ the right amount of zippered pockets & the metallic finish is a perfect hue of in-between silver & gold. However, the very first day I used it, the metallic finish on the edges was rubbing off after literally being out of the package, on the passenger side seat of my car & on a table at work. I have used it several times since & the finish is rubbing off not just the edges but also the flat portions of the bag as well. It is starting to look very junky after 3 months of occasional use! I am truly torn about replacing this bag with an identical one b/c although I love the bag, for this amount on money I expect it to look nicer longer.

I really really loved this bag when I bought it in May. However, it's the middle of August and sadly the bag is ripping in two spots. One rip is towards the front with the two pockets and one in the zippered pouch (which held some pens... nothing too heavy). I went online to reach out to the company, however, I can't find contact info to reach out. Since I haven't been able to get in touch with the company, I can't say much for their customer service but I'm hoping that they will reach out to me after reading this. As I said, I really like the bag but I used it as any other woman would and it's sad that it is now ripping already. Hopefully, the next comment will be about their great customer service, but we'll see.

Bigger than my last bag with the same shape. Great construction, prettier in person. The pewter color has a gold under tone. They used new stronger material in the outside pockets! The bobble chains are removable & can be used as a key chain. The leather is softening as I'm wearing it for 1.5 weeks. Appears that the color will not crack or fade. Goes with everything!
