I had never changed the potting soil on my orchid of 4 years and decided this year I needed to do that so ordered this brand and was surprised how small the bag was when it arrived. Thank goodness my pot is small or this wouldn't have been enough to plant a bigger pot. I would say max it would plant would be maybe a 8 inch pot.
