I am a huge fan of Phocus!!! This drink has become one of my favorite things, and I have recommended it to a lot of people. I don’t drink coffee or soda, but my brain/body responds very well to caffeine. I was looking for a caffeinated version of flavored sparkling water, but couldn’t find anything with clean ingredients. I saw Phocus at a grocery store, read the label, and was hooked right away. No artificial sweeteners, no calories, and lots of caffeine derived from green tea...it is PERFECT. I typically drink 2-3 on work days, and 1-2 on weekend days. The can has a nice look and feel, so it doesn’t look junky sitting on my desk at work. For me, the type of caffeine in this drink has a “smooth” effect. Drinking a Phocus (or two) makes me feel alert and on-point, but not jittery at all. I did a little research on the L-Theanine ingredient. At first, I didn’t notice any impact from it; however, after drinking Phocus for more than a year now, I do believe the L-Theanine is beneficial. I have purchased Phocus through Amazon, at a grocery store, and directly from the brand website. All of the drinks were consistent and arrived in good condition. I love this drink and definitely recommend it!

It's seltzer water with caffeine. Picture a la croix but add caffeine. Flavor isn't anything to write home about but neither are any of the other bubbly waters out there (except spindrift - spindrift is EXCELLENT flavor wise).

I absolutely love this stuff. I have been drinking flavored sparkling waters for several years now, and am always trying to look for healthy alternatives or "treats" for myself. Phocus is amazing for that midday kick I usually need around 1 pm, after lunch. I think the taste of the Blood Orange is best, but really like them all. Don't expect something super sweet or with a ton of flavor, though. These are flavored with an "essence" and just give you some bubbles and a little hint of flavor when you're tired of drinking boring plain water all the time. They are a little more pricey, so I try to limit my consumption of them for that reason, but other than that, I might be slightly addicted.
