TOMALL 7443 T20 Bulb Socket Female Adapter for Brake Light (Pack of 2)

I don't know why other reviewers don't like these brake light sockets. It's true that they are not an exact replacement part, but I didn't expect them to be, and no one should. My Honda Odyssey had similar but slightly different wire colors (but it was very obvious which were similar to which, so I guessed and got it right the first time) and the Honda's sockets have a three-sided twist-tight design whereas these have a four-sided snap-in design instead as a retaining mechanism. But they are the same diameter as the oem brake sockets and each socket came with a nice heavy o-ring ... And if you press hard and twist a little, you can get the socket to stay in place on the Honda ... its stayed put and worked just fine since I put it in about a month ago. I didn't use any other hardware or glue or anything. I used butt connectors to splice the wires but you could use almost anything .. including household wire nuts, since there's a lot of room behind the lense assembly on the '03 Odyssey. It uses exactly the same brake lamp bulbs that the oem sockets did so I didn't have to buy new bulbs, which was nice. I couldn't be more pleased, especially for the price.

Fit well, good quality socket, bulbs fit tightly and wires were heavy enough and of good quality .

These held the bulb well and are sturdy. They did not fit the taillight well but don’t know if that’s because of the socket or the tail light. Issue was remedied by using electrical tape to hold in place. Probably a good habit even if fit was spot on.

Very good bulb sockets, work perfect as described.I used them to add to my rear tail light of my car that be need to be pulled behind my rv and not mess with the car original harness wiring Did the small surgery to the sockets to make themfit correctly into the car tail light assembly all good . Will buy again

The product itself looks good. I cannot attest to its performance. It does not fit my car, ('00 Altima) although the info on it assured me it does.. I strongly advocate future accuracy in specific vehicle fitting.

My 2017 Promaster had a damaged brake bulb socket. This replacement was a good part with wires of adequate thickness and quality. Note that there are two filaments in the bulb with one common, and the wire colors are not the same as the promaster so you have to figure out the correct wiring. Marker lights should light the low brightness filament and brake pedal should light the bright filament.

Used bulb socket to fix a bad connection on my mazda 6 front turn signal. Easy to wire in place and fixed my problem. It's a tight fitting part so it took some force to twist in place.

Complete crap. They destroy the contacts on your LED bulbs when removed.

This is a perfect fit for my Ram Promaster 3500 cargo van tail light + brake light. It is a single socket which houses a single 7443 bulb containing two filaments, a bright one and a dimmer one. My van has 5 wires to this light, two of them are a negative and positive from the taillight that daisy chain on to the running light, so you can just splice these together with their respective wires on the tail light (on the factory part, they're connected within this socket assembly). So other than figuring those connections out, this is a perfect drop-in solution.The quality seems good, as good as the OEM Mopar part if not better. We will see how it holds up.Thanks

These were delivered quickly and were almost perfect for my needs. I had a rear tail light fail on my 2015 chev silverado. The bulb AND socket were corroded. Rather than purchase a full harness, I opted to try these. The new bulb fit the socket perfectly. The socket wasn't the tight seal on the tail light assembly I expected, but I added the old rubber gasket to the one provided and the socket had a perfectly tight seal..... a little challenging to compress gaskets to seat, but once in, the seal was excellent and firmly in place. The wiring was easy and all good in a short period of time.
