As others have said, these bottles are great for storing & dispensing oils & solvents. They're well-made and don't leak, even when stored on their sides.The only thing to keep in mind is that oils & especially solvents will eventually degrade the tiny bit of glue/epoxy that holds the steel dispensing needle into its plastic collar. The seal will start to leak and the needle will eventually come out.There's a cheap fix to this, though: buy some replacement needles for 10 cents a piece and simply dispose of them after each use. Look around Amazon & Ebay for "18 gauge 1.5 inch blunt luer needles". You can get a box of 100 of them for ten bucks with free shipping.After disposing of the needle, you'll need a cap for the bottle. I've found that the "dispense all easy grip luer cap" works well with these bottles, and they're both air & liquid tight. Again, Amazon & Ebay are your friend. You can get a small pack of them for about 5 bucks.

I am using this precision applicator bottle to apply hair oil on my scalp underneath a hair net, so that it does not go onto my actual hair. Works like a charm. The size is great because being under 4 oz means I can take it when I travel. (Disclaimer, I don't know if these bottles are actually cleared for travel, I just hope the TSA will be OK with the extremely thin, long metal nose, but they seem to have relaxed somewhat in the last year and I also have TSA Pre so hopefully that will help). It's a great tool whatever you need it for!

I bought these to use to apply lubrication oil to my firearms after cleaning them. They work perfectly for getting into hard to reach areas and applying only a minimal amount of oil. They also fit well into my cleaning kit box.

Worked well for a few weeks, then the tips fell off. I tried expoxy which lasted a few days, then they fell apart again. Granted, I had gun oil and solvent in them which might have made them weaker. Nice design, nice feel to them. I wish they were more robust.

Bought dual set to apply small drop of oil in almost inaccessible gun areas for lubtication, worked perfectly and minimal amount applied. Both small enough, but sturdy in construction to stand up after extended usage, needles don’t bend or easily broken.

Only used the smaller bottle for lubricating the AR-15, but it seems to do the job. Only used for a few cleaning sessions, so I will try to update with further use.

The product I received was exactly what was posted. I used the bottles for liquid flux for my soldering work. I was not disappointed, it made flux application during soldering much cleaner.
