Perfect for low sodium individuals
Absolutely no difference in taste, helps to significantly reduce sodium content in most recipes!

Small can perfect for freshness
I don’t bake often so this size is perfect in that I will use it before it gets ineffective. Also, like it because of its lower salt content.

Good product bit pricey!
The media could not be loaded. This was half the size but as much of the cost as the full size container however my local stores did not have any in stock and I needed some for baking. I enclosed a picture of a biscuit that I baked with it and as you can see it rose well so no complaints on how it works just the cost I also used the reduced sodium for the first time ever and I could not tell a difference in my baking nor did I compensate in the sodium ingredients. I would buy the reduced sodium baking powder again but I would not buy it from here because it is a lot more expensive will be looking out for it at my local stores.

No difference
Lowering our salt intake, decided to try this in my organic homemade cornbread. No-one in the family noticed a difference!

not so low sodium
Haven’t used is because I bought it believing it would have much lower sodium—that is how it’s advertised. Found another baking powder, double acting, aluminum free, much lower sodium. If sodium is your concern, look for “Mom’s …”

Low Sodium Really???
This product serving is 1/8 tsp, I thought it was for 1 tsp 30 sodium, 1 tsp of this product = 240 sodium for 1 tsp. Not low sodium. No recipe I have ever baked/cooked has called for 1/8 tsp, most are 1 tsp or more. they make the serving so small & odd to justify the high sodium. For low sodium medical diet restrictions it is unhealthy and a waste of your money. cb
