So I had this wild idea....let's build a rain barrel or 2. I had no idea what I was doing or ordering but went for it. I took the chance because I had returning items. When I finally decided.... this item was for the go. It came in on time. It was packaged correctly. It had directions that even my child would understand. I took everything out of the box and everything was there. That is an easy star for me. I had 2 extra which I like incase I mess up but it was so easy now I have 2 extra to make more items. It came with the drill bit which is great because finding the perfect size when you need it is always a pain. I got the hole perfectly and was the first time using this type of bit. It came with the plummers tape. I put on half in the barrel the other half on the outside. Screwed it on to each other and I was done. I had to fill it with water right away just to see it can't be this easy. It was. I made it at the end of the season. It's been out all winter waiting to be used. I put it in place and we had rain and it works perfectly. It was so simple. No issues at all before or after. Perfect size, perfect line up, perfect seal, 1year and lasting. Price was perfect for me on a tight budget. If I need to make some rain barrels for friends I will be ordering these again but the option of 4 was smart amount ... I'm already ahead of the game already.

My rain barrels split from sun exposure, after 3 years, but this was still working.

I bought these to put in the sides of my plastic swimming pools that I use for my ducks and geese. They are great and make it so easy to drain. If you have ducks or geese you know how quickly they foul up their water. This makes emptying a breeze and we don't waste water when we refill them either. I'm sure they would work fantastic for rain barrels as well.

Functional and easy to install

If you need to use these on a glass tank or even a plastic tub, these are the way to go, it literally comes with what you need to put it together, others don't include thread tape, but these do! Fit extremely well, a touch snug but i feel as if that is helpful. If you need a bulkhead that will work and last, get these!!!

This is a great deal! To set up 3 or more rain catching barrels or other applications! The whole saw comes in really handy and make the installation a breeze, I read some reviews abut leaking, but let me tell you! Give it a good adjustment and make it tight, and you’ll have no leaks! Plus High quality materials and the functionality is flawless over all I’m very happy with the price and everything about this product!

One end have good size/thread the other is too lose and leak

This entire kit has pretty much everything you for installation! The additional items needed: Electric Drill, Measuring Tape, Round File (to smooth out edges of drilled hole) and an adjustable wrench. . Everything was well made with no issues. Also, no leaks! . Regardless of what some of the other reviews: 1. The hole saw is well made and worked perfectly. 2. The teflon tape is just as good as any you can separately buy. . Bottom Line: Well made, easy installation, competative price.

These are good plastic quality and you get a lot of Teflon on the role, i was impressed. The plugs are handy as well.
