I was frustrated at first as I couldn't get it to work but try different pressures. Failing that it must be a faulty one. **Q: Does it come with oil in** A: No sorry the oils are sold separately x **Q: Is it dog friendly?** A: Some essential oils are toxic to dogs and cats. Please check which are safe to use. I have a cat and dog so am limited to chamomile, lavender and frankincense. Dogs can tolerate more oils than cats, though. **Q: No matter what setting i use, it turns off after 5 mins, what is going on?** A: Mine doesn't do it. It is quite expensive compared with others but it is very nice quality. I haven’t looked at the others to compare so can’t say if it is lots better or not.
