The bands seem to be of good quality, I've used them all several times and they are going strong. The handles are light but work fine. I've the heavier set as I use some weights already but I'd consider the lighter set to be suitable for beginners and those a little older. For the money you can't go wrong.

**Q: How long are the bands?**
A: There is a slight difference in the length of the various colours. Generally the length including the clips is 113cm. The handles are 16cm wide. The approximate overall length is 145cm.

A: I don't know, but I sent them back because were too easy to pull
