I really enjoyed it. It did put me in ketosis, and the two flavors we’re really good. I think this is a nice variety to have in the keto tool box.

If you want to increase your ketones, then just cut carbs for a few weeks. This doesn't seem to boost your ketone levels enough (or at all) for an acute performance improvement and it's incredibly expensive.

This Ketone water came as only one can, not as a pack, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t try it more to see if I felt any different. I’ve never seen a drink before with Ketone Ester in it so that already made it interesting. Ketone Ester boosts muscle recovery and circulation, so it is good after the gym. The taste is debatable, it is sweetened by monkfruit sweetener which is good and does not have an aftertaste, but something in the ketone water does have a bad aftertaste and it mostly ruins it. But it is not too strong and if you’re like me and don’t really care if it tastes that bad but has health benefits then it’s good stuff. It’s especially good if you are actually on a keto diet and you are actually in a state of ketosis. It’s a pretty unique drink.

While I did receive this product for free, I'm quite confused as to why it costs roughly $6 for a single can.As someone that doesn't like many sparkling water drinks, it tastes better than many of them, but does have its own unique and slightly-unpleasant aftertaste. As for the supposed hunger-reducing effects, I didn't notice it at all, feeling as if I'd drank any other sparkling water drink.Overall, this product might make sense for someone that is specifically looking for the ingredients advertised, but for anyone else it's just an odd and overpriced drink.

No point drinking this if you're not on a ketogenic diet. Your body rapidly burns the ketones in this drink only if you're on a ketogenic diet, giving you a burst of energy. I'm no longer on the diet, so I will wait to drink this until I am.

Absolutely love this. Easy to drink, just the right amount of seltzer and sweetness. I drink it at work (Im an ER doc) and it helps keeping me sharp and focused when I have have no time to eat. I want the orange vanilla too, so Ill look for that.

Terrible Taste

Really liked the flavor on this one - not too sweet, with just enough of a cherry flavor and an almost maple syrup aftertaste. Definitely noticed the improved energy and mental alertness after finishing a can. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sparkling water with keto benefits. Looking forward to their other flavors!
