Plug in power on one end, and power is available on the other 2 ends. Pretty simple cord. You know if you need one.

Great for adding a dryer to my Elegoo Neptune 3d Printer
used this to add a plug to plug in a filament dryer next to my 3d Printer. Works great.

Can save you from having to run two power cables, but only 18AWG
This is a somewhat specialized item, but could be very handy in the right situation, as it could save you from having to run both an IEC power cable and a standard US NEMA power cord. For example, many AVRs use IEC plugs, so you could run one IEC cable, insert this adapter between it and the AVR, and then still have a NEMA outlet that could be used for a wall wart for your Fire box, etc. Could help with the typical rats nest of wires around home theater systems.Adapter seems well made, good quality connectors. My only disappointment is that it is using just 18AWG wire. Because its only about a foot in length, this relatively narrow gauge wire is unlikely to be a problem, but I tend to avoid any power cables less than 16AWG. Did not see the wire gauge mentioned in the item description BTW.
