If the cartridge on this TT is permanent, what stylus upgrades are possible?

There are multiple stylus upgrades available as any of the Ortofon OM Series styli will fit. So OM 10, 20, 30 or even 40 (which costs more than the entire turntable!)

Can I connect it to amplifier via Bluetooth?

Not that I know of. It comes hardwired with cables. But it is a beautifully built quality product.

Has anyone upgraded the stylus? Did it make a difference?

Can you switch out the OM10 for a higher quality (still Omotron)?
