Strange sales approach
The product I received is made for USA with AC 110/120 volt input, so the product can not be directly used in plugging the AC220/240 volt in UK. I am very curious why there is no clear instructions or warnings to advise user to adjust the voltage difference. It's really a strange sales approach. It's inevitable that when I plugged in the AC power in UK to cause the product failure immediately.

Voltage-Not Suitable For 230V in UK and Ireland
Product cannot be used without a step-up converter because the voltage of the product is 120V.
