Works well for ibs d
I am writing it after a week, Works well for me for ibs d, other probiotics has inulin and fos as prebitoic which didn't work for me but this one use psyllium husk so gentle and no loose stools but I only ate one tablet at night.

Useless and may be unsafe.
Useless product, the capsule doesn't dissolve in stomach even after 6 hrs, kept gurgling up for 6 hrs as a green lump. Worried about quality and effects had to throw away after 3 days.
