I love this product I use it every single morning with Nescafé Dolce Gusto Starbucks capsules. Easy to use and great value for the money. I chose this over Nespresso because of the variety of beverages that can be prepared using this machine.

So easy! Makes delicious coffee like a pro barista with frothy foam and everything. Using it is very intuitive, easy to get a hang of it. Different Coffee drink depending on your mood, just make sure you take the used capsule out right after, or it will soak up moisture and bulk up or you will have difficulty pulling capsule tray out. This is the Best and easiest machine I had, just add water, no messy cleaning and takes up little space

I ordered this item at 359.99 AED four days ago and today I received an email that the order is canceled because of an unreachable delivery address. I chatted with Amazon and they told me this seller has its own delivery. I asked why 4 days ago I placed order with giving my address they didn't reject and now after 4 days they found out my address? The Amazon person had nothing to answer. Now that I am checking the same item again I see they have changed the price to AED750!!. It shows how cheater is this seller to raise a nonsense reason for canceling my order however the fact is they wanted to cancel because they wanted to sell at double price. DO NO BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!1

I like it !

It works nicely but it didn't come with the capsules as advertised, and the dolce gusto capsules are a bit bitter compared to other brands.
