And have two main issues.1. The very important corner where the camera and buttons are broke very easily. (See image) The plastic is too thin to be an effective support at that corner. Major design flaw in my opinion.2. The keyboard glitches. It will jump off the screen while I am typing and/or suddenly highlight all my text which then gets deleted in the next key stroke.It got to the point where I couldn’t trust the keyboard to write with… the entire point of needing a keyboard case.3. Because the case has a rib around the edge, it prevents the iPad and case from being used within an iPad mount. I would need to remove the protective case leaving my iPad vulnerable and potential making that broken corner worse.It is nice that it has a spot to hold the pencil in the back. I also enjoy that the keyboard can be detached from the iPad.But overall, this case is dispensable …leaving me to seek another keyboard case.Update Dec 2022I was contacted by the seller to help me with customer service. I was not eligible for a partial refund since it was past the 90days. I was offered a replacement, which they sent out immediately.I will be much more careful with the corner, knowing how easily it can break. The back of this case is great with the flip down stand. I like that the keyboard detaches, but the way that it attaches feels kinda flimsy. Once it is on it seems to be secure, but getting it there requires aligning it just right and then attaching the magnet. Two key use problems with the keyboard itself though. I've had it not connect via bluetooth very quickly leaving me to wonder if the battery is dead or something else is wrong. There is no indication of when the battery is out as far as I can tell, so not sure when I will know if that happens. But several times I have turned it on and tried to use it, only for it to start working after 30 seconds or so. The second is when I type my hand seems to trigger the trackpad or other keys because of the hand placement on the board. This ends up deleting text I was typing somehow, exiting an app, or changing locations in the app. Kind of hard to use for real productivity.

The product does the job as advertised. My disappointment is that the magnetic attachment doesn't extend from end to end and because of this, when closed the top and bottom half tend to shift back and forth and not stay closed. The seller shipped right away. Thie above is the fault of the manufacturer. I am keeping the product but will use my other case when traveling.
