I would buy this again it is very durable and awesome
The camera is very durable. The emotion detection makes it like when somebody's walking past the corner. It would automatically detect that you got that the quality is awesome. You getting vacation is such an easy set up. The security is awesome. You get notifications like so I was walking past the camera out obviously send and her patient to your and the connection. It connects automatically to the Internet and it does not freeze up at all.It will send you notification if somebody is near the camera motion detection is just sent your notification of motion detection and the camera functionality is awesome

UPDATE: Excellent Customer Service
Within hours of my review, Ring contacted me to troubleshoot my device. The Community Service Rep was very professional and knowledgeable. And, although the device could not be fixed, he replaced with a new one.

Would Buy Again
I absolutely love this ring camera. It was very easy to set up and works great! Took about 20-30 minutes maximum to mount and completely set up! The video and sound from the camera is great. I would recommend spending the money on this product. Very worth it!

Liked them enough that I bought multiple
We originally started with just a Ring doorbell many years ago but over the past 2.5 years, after moving into our forever home, we have added three of these cameras. Two are solar powered and one is directly wired to the house. All are attached to our Ring app and Alexa for easy and secure monitoring. They work wonderfully. The video and live feeds are extremely clear no matter if it’s day or night. The sound quality is also great. We haven’t needed the sirens but I have tested them and they are plenty loud. The cameras and solar panels were all very easy to install and setup on the app was a breeze. There are a lot of useful features and it’s very user friendly. Some of my favorite features are that we can set the sensitivity and areas to be monitored so we aren’t constantly getting alerts about the neighbors or cars and people coming by the front of the house. I think my only real complaint is that all the cameras need a battery even if they’re wired in. The cameras that are hooked to the solar panels need two batteries to hold a decent charge but I will say the solar panels do a great job of recharging them so I don’t have to climb my ladder to pull out batteries for recharging constantly.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! UPDATE !
Worst customer service!!! Do NOT update your email on the Ring.com account unless you are planning on not using your cameras for over 4 hours. I tried to update to my new email account and received a message to verify the new email. I clicked on the link for an email to be sent. After an hour, NO EMAIL. Clicked the link to resend the verification email. Again, no email. Called customer service, and all they said is that it can take up to 4 hours for the email to come through!! WTH?!?! And then was told that after 4 hours, I can call back if I haven't received the email. I have no use of my cameras or front doorbell now, and who knows when I will have them back!!! I am currently planning on sending every camera back (I have 7 of them!), and going with another company. RING IS TERRIBLE!!! // Here is some advice - do not call Ring customer service. I contacted them through their Facebook page. I was contacted immediately. They were able to send the email I needed immediately, and I got my cameras back on track! I upgraded to 4 stars - I would have given 5, but they need to work on the customer service you receive when calling customer service. Not everyone has Facebook, and you shouldn't have to go to Facebook to get good service.

Easy installation and wide angle view
Does a good job with the wide angle view. I installed it myself and if I can do it so can you! Just a drill and screwdriver. It can hold two batteries and since I have other Ring products I had a spare. I recommend using two batteries as there’s considerably more time in between charges. Overall, I feel safer having Ring protection.
