I used this gold trim to cover the seams of the stick on tile (also from Amazon) around my fireplace insert. It’s easy to apply and you can use regular scissors to cut it. It’s high quality! So far, it is sticking well - if that changes, I’ll update my review. This is a brassy gold color which is very beautiful actually but I wish I would have ordered a more muted gold color; this has nothing to do with the quality of the trim, it’s just a side note on my color choice. I’ve seen this in other photos used around a television and it gave it a high end look, now I can see all kinds of things I can use it on haha I’ll definitely be looking at other trim colors and thicknesses for other projects around the house

Did not stick very well

Love it, it turned out so nice and looks like it was meant to be there. The adhesive is very strong, so I don't anticipate it coming up (I do live in a dry climate, so humidity isn't an issue). I cleaned the mirror well and wiped it with rubbing alcohol around the edges. The hardest part was mitering the edges, but my husband helped and it worked out great. Took prob 30 minutes to an hour. My only tip is that if you use the black moulding it has a white core, so use a black permanent marker to color it in before lining up the edges so the white doesn't show.

Update: After my initial review the seller reached out to share that somehow their label got covered with an incorrect label which caused me to receive the wrong item. They promptly sent the correct item and I was able to complete my project and the results are great. I used this trim to edge along my kitchen backsplash. Not sure this is an intended use as it's not labeled wet areas, but it looks fabulous and I haven't had any issues in the 2 months it been up. I was also able to use the thinner trim to edge and cover unsightly gaps around my sink. Overall a great product at a reasonable price.😊 I ordered this gold trim from 2 sellers to compare colors for my project. Both items I ordered are supposed to be .4 inches wide, but this one is not. They are the correct color, exactly the color I was looking for but this item is not the indicated size. Will be returning and reordering from the other seller.🥴

The finish—if one may profane that word by associating it with this obstreperous eyesore—is a vacuous mockery of texture, possessing all the aesthetic depth of a puddle in a parking lot after a light drizzle. It reflects light with a sickly, obtuse sheen, like the smug grin of a charlatan who knows his deception is too banal to even warrant scrutiny.

Used to refinish interior of vinyl windows. Worked great!
