I think the phone is great. My last one could never talk to anyone. This one seems to be great. I tried to change the volume as it is loud by default. Lowered the setting to the softest volume and it is loud. I really wanted it muted until I need it on. Or if I could, lower it to a whisper.

I am totally fooled by this seller. I was looking a cheap phone desk with the feature of “forwarding calls” to receive the calls from business to my mobile phone. Today 12-7-22 I received this phone reading the manual does not have any mention of forwarding calls feature; so I check some reviews here in the app where the same seller says that you need to call the phone company to forwarding the calls and that is an extra service that you need to pay (in my case). The point is that the seller put on the pictures that this phone desk comes with the feature of forwarding calls.

Disliked I guess I ordered the wrong one

Love this phone for my papaw! Numbers are huge and the sound is loud. The only problem is that it doesn’t show caller ID, it shows the number but not a name.

Extremely light and plastic inserts not strong enough to push inside phone

There is no call forwarding which was the primary purpose I purchased this phone. It is even advertised in the title of the item. All of the instructions do not show anything about how to set call forwarding.
