The Original Tarot, Deck of 78 Cards

Gorgeous, vivid, clear, aligned, very high quality. a little thin compared to some of the very premium decks that I've had my hands on; but still premium and nicely laminated and nicely textured. I thought there were extra lover cards, there are and they're supposed to be there. male female, female female, male male. You will only need one in your deck for the person you're reading for. this was a surprise to me as I thought there were extras, there are but they're supposed to be there. I would definitely buy this again if I had a do over. I've had my hands on a lot of different decks from a lot of different sources and these are really nice.

Feels great in your hands. Linen finish is perfect. The cards are easy to shuffle, and the colors are absolutely incredible. They are the perfect size. The cards are easy to use for both beginner and advanced readers.

Had these for 6 years now, and they are great! It’s small enough to shuffle through easily without any awkward handling. The images still read off great. The cards are extremely durable and have barely dented around the edges. Definitely a deck worth getting!

Pros: Cards are linen cardstock, attractive beige Mandela backing, shuffles easy, enhanced colors. Overall nice deck. Cons: some divergence from the original. The backgrounds on each card are much less textural because the color has been evened it making the so is look less realistic. Also some deviation from the original Pamela Coleman Smith illustrations. For instance, the lovers card depicts two females versus the traditional depiction of Adam and Eve. Also, the linework has been modified making the figures depicted to be slightly altered from the original deck. Card box was also a negative. It is thin cardboard which flaps open from the top like a traditional deck of playing cards. Opening and closing this box will easily rip with moderate use meaning you will need to buy a card holder for your deck.

Great deck, the cards are not to rigid to shuffle.

Really good deck! I was looking for a deck that I can use with the clients, a good one. I like the quality - so far the best one I've had. Texture - nice, perfect size, and I wanted the colors to be bright - that's why I bought this one. Overall - I'm happy with it, 10/10. + you get 2 extra The Lovers cards - that are LGBT. You'll see on the picture 2 women or 2 men - nice addition even if you won't use them. The traditional The Lovers card also included, no worries.

Die Modernisierung ist gelungen, gute Qualität der Illustrationen, ohne den alten Charme einzubüssen. Schönes Kartenmaterial, karten etwas größer als normale Spielkarten. Rückseiten auch ansprechend. Anleitung ist ein kleines Taschenbuch in kartengrösse. Für mich hat es sich gelohnt, etwas mehr auszugeben.
