This does the job better than the original plate, it somehow tips less. I recommend measuring to make sure you have the right size, I'm glad I did because I needed a smaller size than I thought. I was impressed with the packaging, they included a free micro fiber cloth to help cushion the plate. It arrived safely. There was still some bubble wrap as well. It makes me wonder how many items could be shipped without bubble wrap and extra plastic but a few cloths instead.
