Review: Great Running Flask - Excellent hydration flask. Relaxing a larger flask but this seems to do the job. The drink valve is smoother than my old one and I like the option of carrying my phone and able to access it easily. Improved grip too.

This light insulated water bottle holds the perfect amount of 18oz water for a 1h run/walk, it holds our cell phones securely, zippered and we can see and touch the screen through the clear window. It fits iPhones 5 through 16 (small ones, no max). It even has a port for wired earbuds! Love the grip free run putting my thumb through the straps and adjusting them to my hand. The reflective safe stripes are awesome too. It doesn’t leak!

We love this. This light insulated water bottle holds the perfect amount of 18oz water for a 1h run/walk, it holds our cell phones securely, zippered and we can see and touch the screen through the clear window. It fits iPhones 5 through 16 (small ones, no max). It even has a port for wired earbuds! Love the grip free run putting my thumb through the straps and adjusting them to my hand. For a while now I have been trying to find what I like fro running like a belt, vest, etc. I have tried a hand full of things and just couldn't quite find the right thing for me but this guy is perfect. I love that I don't have to wear anything and it still holds my keys, phone, energy chews, and wallet with room to spare. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that I think the water bottle could be a bit bigger. I am a light drinker when I run and I still run out of the water on runs longer than 6 miles. If you are looking for a bigger bottle this guys is pretty small but it does keep your water col for an entire run. Overall this is amazing, lightweight and very roomy.
