It’s a very good mixer, I’ve used many here but not satisfied. I saw this & was thinking to purchase it, since it had a return option I thought I’d give it a shot and try.After using it I felt very good, it’s an amazing product to use. It is also handy & is easy to operate.Overall it’s a very good experience with this product. I’m Very satisfied 5/5

It’s a hopeless product. There are no zero stars available. I would rate it negative.It doesn’t even grind cilantro or mint leaves,forget about pulses. I am not sure what it can grind. It’s worse than the super cheap products available in any super store. I bought and before trying we went on a vacation and by that time Amazons return window as over. It’s seriously pathetic.

I was worried to buy this model as the price seemed comparitively low to other brands online. I found the jars to be quite heavy and the body also looks good. So far I have made few chutneys and all came out well and the plug directly fit into our Socket without the need of any convertors. Apart from being noisy I like this productGoing to buy one for my mum!!!

The quality of the top cover lid is too fragile and flimsy, sheer steel, and noise are strong negative points. Have to evaluate further on usage, as yet. I had to return after 2 uses. Not really worth wasting time and money and hopes for this product. Do not go for the price or looks. Flimsy product, not efficient, too loud, and heats up in less than 2 minutes, and even do not let finish one grind job.

The media could not be loaded. When we purchased it, we were very excited. The packaging was good, it was looking like a robust product. Within two three months of uses it stated making too much noise. Within 6 months the parts started coming out. Luckily it was observed earlier that the parts are breaking otherwise there will be a big injury.I will not recommend this product, the worst product to purchase.

We often do Roti, Idli and Chutney's .. since price is high we tried couple of US blenders .. they good only for juices and suck for such grind jobs .. so finally decided to spend 100+$ on this and it is showing worthy so far using 2 months ... Took 3 year protection plan just in case you know ...

The finishing of the body is excellent and it is quite compact and easy to store away. Also the jar lids have a useful function to twist (turn) after placing on the jar and this way it stays locked on the jar which I have never seen on other models.
