Neutrogena products at the top of my list
I have mature and fair complexion, so I am particular about what I put on my skin.Neutrogena is not disappointing. The benefits of Hyalronic Acid, Caffeine, and Peptide complex will benefit your complexion. The product is fragrance, Paraben, Phthalte, and dye free. And did I mention it’s not tested on animals.. it only takes a small amount in the morning and at night around the cleansed eye area. It absorbs well into the skin and it’s not leave a film. I have no negative comments to make about this product. I will continue to use it if I give you a five star rating.

Neutrogena Hydra Boost Eye Cream Gel
States it helps reduce puffiness around eyes; I can tell it helps some, but even after using 6 weeks it doesn’t give results I had hoped for. However, I still use daily for that ‘small’ difference. Makes skin soft & moisturizes well.

Tiny jar, but it does work.
Very tiny jar, Folks. I wasn't expecting such small amount. Only need a touch, but still, it's a tiny jar. Does work if used AM & PM but like stated, temporary effect at best. Still its the best I've found so far for puffy eyes. I don't keep in fridge as suggested or I'll never remember to use it. Coolness is only for surface effect as a cool temp aids in boosting product effectiveness. Not a waste of time or money because there is a better visual notice after continual use.

THE CREAM HAS A FRAGRANCE NOW???!
MY LAST TWO BOTTLES, THE CREAM HAD A FRAGRANCE :(. This was a favorite product for last few years. That is no more unfortunately. I don’t know if they switched the formula or someone mistakenly labeled the wrong batches. I get a headache from it now.
