I bought these for my wife hoping they would help a condition caused by a stroke she suffered a couple years ago the stroke affected her hearing on her left side by damaging nerves on her left side she can still hear but it's not as loud or clear as it was prior to the stroke hearing aides or devices haven't helped her much but the technology these use is different. We are by no means promoting these as a fix or even as a way of improvement for stroke victim or any other condition affecting anyone hearing we are simply telling what she has experienced and what these have done for her. I came across these by accident and hadn't heard of the technology when I did I look for and have bought several different devices hoping it would improve her ability to enjoy music like she did before the damage was done so I bought these and surprised her with them it took a little getting used to not wearing these in the ear but she got it down pretty quick and we were both surprised at how well they work for her these have not only helped her to enjoy music again but she can also hear phone conservations much better and because these don't go into the ear she can use them for longer periods without the pain and discomfort she was getting wearing tight fitting ear buds. These are strong and tough they are made to stay in place even when moving around and doing the things you would do with traditional ear buds they can make and receive calls and work much the same as ear buds these fold up and store away neatly to fit into a purse, backpack or anywhere else you would store or carry your earbuds the battery life is also impressive and they charge quickly via the micro usb port. I've bought several devices for her to try so it became a little disheartening when most didn't work as well as we hoped these have given her something back I know I take for granted so when these worked so well for her and their something she can wear and use comfortably and easily I was really happy these come ready to use and can be worn by anyone who can use earbuds they have a great warranty and support offer and they are built to last. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great. My wife can not stand anything in or on her ears. She loves these and the sound quality. I don't know if the wind interferes with the microphone and interrupts the sound, or what, but it sounds like the headphones cannot maintain a connection with my Bluetooth device not three feet away (in my pannier bag). I am also disappointed in the volume...music is ok, but listening to spoken words (podcasts/phone calls) are almost inaudible. Perhaps I got a lemon, but I do not recommend this product at all.Now, two days after posting the initial review, but still within my first two weeks of owning these, I can no longer charge them nor turn them on.
