So easy to suction to the counter and makes shredding so much easier for me. I have used those old 4 sided cheese shredders my whole life and this is worth it if only for the sake of how much less tired my arms are now after shredding stuff for cooking.

This was a waste of time and money, don’t work properly.

It does the job if you don’t expect your potatoes to be sliced like McDonald’s. The small grater blades will slice potatoes just bit thicker than tooth pick. The large grater blades will cut bit thinner and shorter than regular fries. The actual feeder is about a block cheese width, which means if you try to cut the potatoes, you have to trim the potatoes to fit. The thin slice works well if you are trying to make potato chips. This might work great on cheese, but I bought it for French fries purpose. Didn’t turn out well as hand cut. Easy to setup and clean. Trimming the potatoes to fit, might as well just hand cut it.

Took a little to figure out how everything works as there isn’t really instructions on how the crank locks down but overall it works great and as expected
