Very impressed and satisfied with my purchase!!Everything arrived with no damage, and all parts accounted for. Interior of the PC was protected with a foam insert for shipping. Easy to remove, and kept everything nice and safe.Very professional assembly - all cables are well hidden and ran properly. LED strip is properly secured and works perfectly. There's a small button on the top front of the machine to switch the colors or turn it on to cycle all of the colors.Fair warning - both the M2 drive and the SATA drive are hidden from sight. So at first it looked like maybe it was missing, but it's not - just well hidden :)I tried to build my own PC with similar specs, but couldn't beat the price - especially with the 1080Ti card.It seems that they use various manufacturers, so YMMV but I received an ADATA M2 drive, a Toshiba SATA drive, a Gigabyte GeForce 1080Ti Turbo graphics card, and an MSI motherboard.Cons: The headphone and mic ports are not bidirectional, so my Xbox One headset does not work like it did on a previous machine. I believe a USB headset would work around this, but I was a little disappointed that an older machine supported this type of headset.

3 Stars for my particular unit. 5 stars for Cyberpower Support and hassle free return. This is a great system, however, i returned it due to some issues. It seems that Cyberpower is putting in Apevia 800Watt PSUs. Apevia is a horrible brand and should not be used in something like this. They should make the system 40 dollars more expensive and put something more name brand. Literally ANY other 800Watt PSU. My PSU squealed under load and was faulty from the start. I got lucky on the RAM as it was ADATA 2666MHz. But, unlucky with the GPU. They put whatever model they have available, but I got the MSI Armor OC which is the worst 1080ti model. Would heat up past the thermal limit and throttle almost immediately into any sort of load. Had to try 4 additional case fans and set custom fan curves for the GPU to get down only a few degrees. The fans at 100% are really loud btw. The FE Blowers and Armor OC are not the right gpu models for this system, especially since the case has poor front airflow for intake.Additionally, Cyberpower has great support and the return through Amazon was pretty seamless. Took about a week and a half for refund.My suggestion: this is a great price, but you might get a little unlucky with some of the internal brands of components. Or, you could pay an extra hundred or two (maybe not even if you wait for a deal) and configure your own system literally just like this one from Cyberpower themselves.

Arrive defective; monitor would not detect the PC with VGA, DVI-D, or HDMI. I tried all the cables with with old PC and they worked. PC comes with no manual or Backup disc. Would not recommend.

I have only had this pc for a few days, but so far I am very pleased with its performance. The boot speed is beyond fast and the system is very quiet. I have yet to put it through its paces on my HD video rendering, but I have no doubt it will be far superior to what I was using prior.As of 2/19, I am seriously disappointed in CyperpowerPC as a company. My computer arrived with the HDD not working, which took me a week or so to discover since the SSD is so fast. I contacted the company and they said I could send it back or deal with it myself. I had an IT guy come over to look at it. The cage for the hard drive hadn't been properly installed (and the person who installed it had to have been aware of it), so it was sitting at an angle and it put pressure on the hard drive cable, which had broken. It took a new cable and a couple hours of labor to get it diagnosed and then fixed. When I sent the included picture to the company to tell them what we had discovered, they offered a short apology and left it at that. For a $2,200 machine that arrived with a broken component due to production negligence, I expected more than an "oops...we're sorry." I love the computer, but not too impressed with their customer service or the person in charge of installing the hard drives.

Came in on time, with safe and secure packaging. The inside of the case was protected with padding to insure no damage to the internal goods, and I must say the setup was simple. It comes with a disc to manage the bio's, though you will need an optical drive or another alternative to utilize the disc, but that should come as no surprise for in buying the item you should be fully aware of no optical drive.On to the tender juicy goods! The Window's start-up is lighting fast from shutting down, to powering on it has nearly no wait time. From opening your favorite web browser to logging into League of Legends, the time of waiting is no more. Multi-tasking is a breeze, without over-clocking or any tweaks to performance, it plays games while doing many other tasks. Though, I have yet to try recording with high-end games, I am sure the results will be more than satisfactory. To conclude, the RGB lighting and fans are superb, from switching from red to yellow and hardcore gaming with an ever so sweet whisper of a fan, one is guaranteed to be delighted to have this in their home.

I've had this beast set up and running for about a week now - and would be hard pressed, at least so far, to relay any negative impressions. As for the positive, the list is long and distinguished - and includes, but is certainly not limited to, the following:- Excellent build quality- Excellent performance- Excellent aesthetics (it just looks cool)- A TON of bang for the buck (I've had a few AlienWare hotrods in the past - and this seems just as capable - but at a MUCH better price)
