Great for that extra. (even if it’s just a little bit)
If you’re looking to produce more, this is a product worth trying. I personally wasn’t able to produce very much but it was more than I was pumping without the pill.My baby didn’t become fussy while taking these pills, so that was a plus for me.I found that pumping frequently (2-3hrs) and taking these pills is a good combination.

They actually work!
Taking these I noticed a difference in my baby being fussy or not. If I take them they help his tummy. When I was waiting for my refill order which took two weeks to get he was pretty fussy for that 2 weeks, then I noticed once I was taking them again he was less fussy.

Undesirably increased my milk production.
Be mindful if you already have a good milk supply it might cause an over milk production like my case. I was already dealing with an over production, what got me sooo stressed and confused was the fact that the over production was getting under control and then out of nowhere I found myself with breast engorgement, breast completely full after an hour or so of feeding my baby. I had to stopped them immediately.
