Is it ok to fall asleep when wearing the hat?

It's so comfortable you can easily fall asleep whilst wearing the hat. I know of no reason why not to!

I have a large head, will this fit around my head?

I got this for christmas and want to use it warm. the instructions say 15 seconds max but this doesn't heat it. tried again but no heat? any advice?
