I really enjoyed this build kit. I have hundreds of kits and this is a really cool one.

The media could not be loaded.  Silly and Fun, Love This Set. I still have not finished with bag #6.. (the splash part, that holds the phone on the outside of the TV)But I have finished steps one through 5. I think I have spent about 4 hours on it today. I have to say, I would do another one of these Pantasy Sets. They are a lot of fun, and the illustrations are easy to follow. They are fun and creative. I love that the knobs and gears work. I did put the grippy things, that hold the phone in, Backwards, on the right side. I have to go back in to fix that. It still works.Parts of the the little sea scene, has popped out in back.. and fell under the part that moves. It is probably hard to keep that in place, and use the magnifier screen to watch your phone. You probably need to make adjustments. It is a super cute set, and even comes with a doily to put over the TV, to keep it dust free.It is a ridiculously adorable and well thought out set.

My son and I have been doing building sets for many years, since he was probably too young to do so but played with them anyway.We've done tons of third party bricks, and most are sub standard somehow. These were fine. I had no issues with fitting or form of any of the pieces, no flashing I had to trim, no studs misformed or only partially formed from a lack of plastic.I generally look for the big name brand sets to be about 10 bucks per hundred pieces, and generally the non name brand ones are less than that. This comes in under that threshold but not as much as some of the third party bricks do. But then again, this one I had no issues with parts so you're still getting what you paid for and at a less price than the primo company charges.This is really creative, and the waterfall is my favorite mode. This is a good set for anyone who likes to build kits like this.

Our family really enjoys Pantasy products. They never disappoint! We have done several retro builds now that are just amazing, and this was the best yet!As always, all parts come beautifully organized into numbered bags that correspond to the steps. The instructions have big, colorful illustrations that make them easy to follow, regardless of the language. This was just such a pleasure to build and brought back lots of memories of simpler times.This vintage TV would have been super cool with just one mode, but they didn't stop there. There are so many things to enjoy, including watching "tv" using your phone as the screen. They've even included the test pattern that all of us people of a certain age remember well.Everything works and moves on this vision of vintage coolness! And to top it all off, it even comes with a lace hanky/doily, just like grandma had, to cover the tv with with not in use.
