Necklace is very heavy but chain seems to be weak. Beautiful ornament.

I have not received the ear rings as shown , only the necklace is in the box. How can I get it, should I return the product for replacement

I had ordered long necklace jewellery set which comes with a pair of earrings. When I received the product it was totally different. It came with a short necklace,pair of earrings, a nose stud and a finger ring. Previously I have ordered the same product that I received which is very beautiful and elegant. Giving 2 stars for showing a different description and picture and also for sending the wrong product.
