Q: Do these have the elastic waistband?

No, they don’t have a elastic waistband but they do have some spandex so the material has good stretch ability. I wear and wash these a lot and they are still comfortable and cute.

Q: What are these colors?

The colors or what you get. The color variation might be slightly different than a picture but it’s the same color nonetheless

Q: Are these woman sizes or regular?

These are women sizes. If you wear an women's 6, you would order size 28. Size 8 would be 29. Size 10 would be 30. Size 12 would be 31.

Q: Are they tight at the calves?

The picture is deceiving they look tight which is what I wanted but they are not I kept them anyways because I can never find capris that are tight to leg area so I wasn’t happy about it but they were closer to the leg than others that I have bought
