Refurbished PC was easy to setup with windows 11. PC is small in size , fast with solid state drive and 32gb of memory. No issues encountered, worth the money spent. I needed to purchase a display cable to work with my monitor screen. Keyboard and mouse both wireless.

This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I've been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It's a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I'm very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I'm used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it's tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

I purchased this computer for my wife and was hoping that it truly was in excellent condition as was advertised. The computer I received had a small dent on the top edge and a wider shallower dent on the top front, right where I know my wife's eyes will be drawn to every time she turns it on. Dents aside the rest of the computer is spotless. The inside was very clean, not a spot of dust anywhere. I was able to set it up without any problems and windows validated fine. The only problem I had was no blue tooth. I went into the device manager and noticed that a different wifi card was installed than what was advertised, a much slower wifi card. I contacted the seller and he was very responsive. He issued me a refund on the cost of an appropriate wifi card and I purchased a new one from Amazon and installed it myself. There was a usb riser on the motherboard that supplied the power for the new blue tooth. All of the other specs were as advertised. Performance wise this computer rocks, it is very fast and a pleasure to use. It will work with a 4K TV but this is not a gaming computer. If gaming is your thing be aware that there isn't enough room inside and the power supply is not sufficient for a modern graphics card. In the few weeks that we've had it it has performed flawlessly.

The Jury is still out on this computer. I didn't work well at all. Just showed me a white screen. When I contacted Amazon I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours and try to resolve the problem. 96 hours went by, and nobody ever tried to help me out. I finally decided that I was just stuck with the problem, and Amazon was not going to allow me to replace or return it, even though they had said that it had a 90 day return or replacement warrantee on it. I ended up downloading a fresh copy of Windows 11 onto it, and for the moment it seems to be working, except it keeps dropping the internet connections to my router for some unknown reason. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Probably not.

Excellent condition fast and ready to workno issues

The computer was excellent. The vendor provided support, but the wireless Keyboard & Mouse were not of the same quality as the computer. :-(They worked. The batteries connections in the mouse required thumping to "reseat" their connections. Not very impressive.Again, the computer was outfitted exactly as I expected, and getting a better keyboard/mouse deal was easy and inexpensive! A great deal!! :-)

Opened up the box to find immediately that it was missing the USB connector for the wireless mouse making that useless. It has a very noisy fan. Haven't checked whether it is a cooling fan or CPU fan but it's loud as hell. When you buy a computer for multi-track audio recording, loud computer fans are not helpful. I am not a computer repair person so I will have a friend look into the fan noise. Hopefully nothing major. Other than that the box is okay and does what it's supposed to do. It was packaged well but obviously some QA is lacking or these things wouldn't have been missed.

I was very pleased with my refurbished computer. It has all the memory and ports I needed. It arrived in excellent condition and was well packed with plenty of cushioning. The setup was extremely easy as windows 11 was already to go. I would recommend this computer to anyone needing to upgrade to Windows 11.
