I was so surprised by three things: 1) They're BEAUTIFUL!!! Some of them are swirls of different colors -- they look almost like planets in a solar system with their vibrant colors. 2) They smell wonderful. I agree with other reviewers who've said that the smell isn't as strong once they dissolve in water, but they smell so nice when they're still solid. 3) They're a nice size. Slightly smaller than baseballs. About the size of a small orange. I was thrilled with the purchase and we had enough left over to enjoy some ourselves. They DO color the bath water quite a bit. For kids, that's a BONUS. For adults, I'm not sure if that's a negative. I'm fine with it. So, I recommend these again and again.
