It is well made for this amount of money and I expect it to last quite awhile. I would name it by brand, but there is none listed on the package. It is the same package as depicted in the product description photograph. The seller information says it fits "about 17"" steering wheels. It fits my 15.5" (39.4 cm) diameter modern thick rim steering wheel like a glove. I don't think it would fit/cover anything much larger than that (and I doubt very much 17"). But, don't get me wrong-I do recommend this product.
