Yes it does. I needed them for the same problem. Do not forget to reset buds to factory specs BEFORE you put both of them in the charger. Google how to do it or go to YouTube. I restored them after I upgraded to 2.0.0 update.

Yes, the earbuds. That's why I bought these batteries. Make sure to pry the connection prongs up a little so they touch the battery on both ends. Be CAREFUL, they break off very easy.
