I really like this product. I love that I can get my electrolytes and not have to worry about all the artificial additives that are in so many other brands.

Wow! This is super awesome! I bought this for mom. She was just diagnosed with a rare advanced stage breast cancer and severe lung disease, so she will be having to have surgery and then start chemo and radiation treatments within the next two weeks. Trying to help her anyway I can, I thought about her hydration, I'm kind of a weirdo about making sure people are well hydrated, so I looked into electrolyte helpers. I thought it might help to start out her treatments being balanced, so I came across this. It's ingredients are: Sodium 281mg, Potassium 350mg, Magnesium 50mg, phosphate, chloride, bicarbonate and sulfate. This is just ideal for her potassium and magnesium deficiencies. I worried over the sugar and dyes in sports drinks not being great for her, and the blandness of water...so this was exactly what I was looking for. It has great reviews and I really liked that it could be added to juice or milk. Mom was reluctant to try it. She made me try it first lol we only used water for the first tasting. We weren't sure if it was just a hyped up product. So, I mix up the cap full in a glass of water, bottoms up! Apparently my face was priceless lol It was like drinking salt with a hint of water! so gross! I couldn't believe the flavor, BLEH!! so I had my brother immediately drink a glass too..."what are you going on about, there isn't any saltiness at all?" I couldn't believe it! So then mom drinks a sip and has the same reaction as me! Bleh!! looks at my brother and asks how he can't taste that?! hahaha! Later that night I check my emails and read about how the saltiness is the sign of an electrolyte imbalance Lol So, I have been having her drink 2 times everyday, but she drinks it in lemonade, says it is much easier to drink salty. Luckily after about a week,she has said there is no saltiness, and feels a little better. Now she drinks one cap full each day. I have also been drinking it and notice I feel much better and our lips are much less chapped, gums aren't so red, and our skin feels and looks better, which are just a few areas that show outward signs of dehydration. This has been especially great for my mom. A bonus is that it's so great for me too who gets too busy at work and forgets to eat and drink as much as I need too until after my shift. Cannot recommend this product enough and will be ordering more very soon. I have had all my family members try this, and we all agree this is much better than tablets. While I can appreciate the handiness of the the tablets and still keep them in my purse, I feel like Lyte Balance is simply better. This is not a hyped up product, this is a truly awesome product. Also, I was not offered a discount or free product in exchange for an honest review, I am simply a consumer raving about a legit product. Best wishes :)

I've tried another brand of liquid electrolytes and it tastes horribly metallic. It's so bad. This one has a slight taste but is is so much better than the other brand. My Aunt thinks this one tastes awful but she's never had the other one so she can't compare them. I like to have electrolytes on hand and this one is by far the better choice, taste-wise.

A friend of mine turned me onto this several years ago. I guess he had met the owner/ creator before and really trusted his product. Anyways, I gave it a try, and it became my electrolyte supplement of choice. What I personally like about this compared to other similar products was the fact that it had multiple forms of sodium multiple forms of potassium and multiple forms of magnesium many of the other brands just use one. The other thing I really like about this product as it doesn’t come flavored. Which allows you to add it to whatever you want easily. Those are the two main reasons I find this to be a superior product. And you get 64 servings per bottle! Most of the other brands come in flavored packets that you add to water and I haven’t tried one that I really liked. Most of them are tolerable sure but when you can buy this and add it to something you actually really enjoy that seems like a much better option to me. Good value for your money. Helps to keep you hydrated and feeling good. My job is very physical, but I also train at the gym three times a week and I’ve noticed when I go without this for a while I’ll develop muscle cramps. Overall, I think it’s an excellent electrolyte concentrate. Leaving off one star because of the annoying sticky top. Once you remove the seal it tends to leave a ring of glue around the top of the bottle. So then when you go to takeoff the cap to do a measurement it will pull out the inside liner in the cap that’s there to make sure the bottle doesn’t leak when you shake it. This has always driven me crazy. I’ve done my best to clean the glue off the rim of the bottle, but it’s actually pretty stubborn. It doesn’t come right off with your finger or fingernail. I’ve tried to scrape it off with a knife, but there’s still sticky residue left. I’ve even cleaned it off with isopropyl alcohol and it helped but didn’t come right off clean like you’d expect. So that’s really my only complaint and if you just get rid of that little liner, then when you shake the contents up, it tends to leak a little bit in the bottle becomes a mess overtime. Otherwise it’s a great product.

GREAT PRODUCT. If you are allergic to citric acid and crappy additives which is in almost every decent tasting sports drink then this is the drink for you. I put a dash of apple juice in it sometimes, but another reviewer is right that when you have electrolyte imbalance this tastes a bit salty. after reading that review, a few months in I stopped adding apple juice to my mix and did not notice any saltiness.

My cousin turned me on to Lyte Balance a couple years ago and sadly it languished on my shelf. I'd take a cap-full here or there if I wanted to recover from a rough weekend or on a hot day. It was good! But when I started my weight loss journey and trying to cure some nasty bloating issues, I *really* discovered the power of Lyte Balance. It went from good to GREAT. I started intermittent fasting, and trying to kick my body into ketosis. For whatever reason, I simply don't enjoy drinking water - but it's extremely important for fasting. I started popping a couple cap-fulls into my big water jug and noticed quickly - I didn't get hungry at all. I had an extreme energy level. My bloating ceased within a few weeks. The combination of electrolytes with water is so simple - but so effective. I've gone from buying a bottle at a time to a case at a time. This product is so much better than the powdered supplements for me because it lets me do fast dosing when I'm on the run - no spoons, just a quick pour into a water jug and fill 'er up with tap/filtered water - then I'm off to the races. I'm a pretty busy guy, so the convenience factor here with a liquid vs powder makes a ton of difference. It just seems to taste better, too. Looking forward to trying the other Lyte Balance products because clearly these guys have some secret sauce that the rest of the industry doesn't seem to grasp - GREAT stuff and will be telling all my friends who are getting into IF/OMAD or just trying to get keto kicked into gear.

Best electrolytes. Clean, no sugar, no extra calories, no fillers. I use the sauna a lot, so I take this on those days to replenish. Slight salty taste but I mix it in my tea and cant taste it. Will continue to buy this

I was truly impressed by how well they protect their bottles from leaking during transport - the top was security sealed under the cap (of course), but they were also careful to add an external wrap to the top which would definitely prevent anything from spilling - simple but very effective & I wish more companies or sellers put the same amount of forethought into transport & delivery. Although I do notice a bit of aftertaste to this when added to juice or soda, it’s not too unpleasant - mostly just what you’d expect with any unflavoured electrolyte additive. I was born with a genetic condition that causes my body to have issues getting enough hydration with just plain water & I’m not at all a fan of most of the electrolyte drinks out there. I’ve been adding a capful to my juice each morning; it mixes quickly & easily and seems to be working as I need it to. Highly recommend & will definitely purchase again.

I repeat this order as soon as I’m low the best electrolyte on the market I have tried them all I can feel it immediately I go thru mine quickly but I would say it would last you atleast 2 months if taken daily I take mine twice a day as I’m on a health journey it’s not required but the product is amazing by far the best on the market worth the price convenience to add myself

My wife suffers from POTS and also dislikes artificial sweeteners or sugars that are prevalent in other electrolyte products. This has been her favourite as it barely changes the taste of your beverage and is perfect to add to your daily-carry water bottle. The electrolyte levels are decent and have really helped manage her symptoms. This is great for people who need the extra electrolyte without the added taste. We have reordered multiple time and this is the go-to electrolyte supplement in our household!

Very good at keeping you hydrated! Great for no sugar diets. I did notice a very subtle aftertaste.
