This press is very easy to use for a beginner.We've printed close to 100 cups already and has worked flawlessly each time.

I love this machine. I have been able to press tumbler and mugs. It got much easier once I was able to figure out the correct heat settings for this machine

Ordered this product October 20th it is now February 26th I’ve reached out to support a few times and got simply a 20 dollar credit and told that it’s outside environment is why I’m having issues.Worked great at first. Loved it.Then started having issues…. Adjusted heat and temp as per “tech” from support was fine till it stopped holding heat. Reached out to support again they said it was the weather and the out side environment that was causing this. Now. Now that I am out of my return window the heating element is BURNING my transfers leaving clear marks where the heating element’s are. WILL NOT order again and WILL NOT recommend to anyone. Have lost to many tumblers due to this press.

I love this thing. I was hesitant to buy and use it but it’s straight forward. I use YouTube videos to get some of my cup temperatures right. I’ve used it for a few months and it’s still holding up good. Overall happy with the product.
