What is the breaking strength?

The very first one I tried to use, a blue smaller sized bungee, the hook separated from the bungee under moderate strain. This is extremely dangerous and I am quite angry at the company's quality control

Which country is this product made in?

Doesn't say, but they are quality constructed same as I had years ago, no complaints. I am a professional contractor so quality means a lot.

Can i adjust the length if needed? Are the hooks movable?

Can not adjust hooks they are fixed on the end of the cord but the smaller ones w/ the round sphere on the end can be adjusted.

Anyone have any good ideas on how to fit them back into the container once they're taken out?? Just want to be able to put them back in the container

Lay them all out straight then (twist if you prefer) fold them all at once or fold them in color coded groups. They will fit easily back into the container.
