Great product, I have Seborrhoeic dermatitis. Have used many different products I honestly do believe this has helped!!! The smell is strong but did not bother me! I usually would use conditioner and would take the smell away. Only use one scalp! Yes a sets hair up a bit so conditioner after! Helped with scalp irritation! The picture is before I stared I had a flare up and it’s was is irritated! I have them finished the bottle and on my second one!!! It had definitely gotten better ! No redness, itchiness, yes I do get small little dry spots but definitely better!

I have locs with type 3c/4a hair and seborrheic dermatitis. I can't use those drying scalp shampoos as that will ruin my locs. I only needed a scalp treatment that actually works and this fits the bill! I've been using this for a few weeks now and it works better and faster than an expensive brand I used called Dermazen. It's easy to use, no messy and oily application, and I see a reduction in scalp flakes by 90% within one to two weeks of consistent use. With that being said, I have to continue using this regularly because if I stop for a few days, the flakes come back and that's the unfortunate part of my scalp condition. If you're struggling and don't want to spend money on expensive scalp products that try to sell you a "system", buy this!

Been dealing with scalp issues for yrs (currently 51 yrs old) was told I would outgrow the issue, NOPE! As I've gotten older it has become milder but never gone away. I was desperate and started looking online and reading reviews on different products. Saw this product and comments sounded like my issues so decided to try it. OMG SO GLAD I DID!!! Followed directions, actually probably let it sit a few minutes longer and I couls feel tingling and cooling. Shampoo smells horrible, conditioner is a bit better but very pleased! Scalp if free of issues after 3x using. At 1st sign of any future itching or build up will be using again. May even use it 2-3x a wk to be sure. WORTH THE $$$$ AND MY SANITY

I’m so happy I found this product! My goodness what a life saver. I’ve dealt with fairly moderate seb derm for the past 4-5 years with dandruff and scalp irritation/flakes/itchiness/redness, and I've tried so hard to treat it with no success until now. And it literally took only two or three uses to see results. I swear hand to God that this is a legitimate review and I’m not BS-ing or just a bot trying to simp for this product lol.Over the last few years I've tried dozens of products and spent hundreds of dollars looking for a solution (shampoos, conditioners, creams, ointments, balms, oils, and pills; online or over the counter at drug stores or on Amazon, you name it) and until now nothing has worked for me. I literally almost cried when I saw myself in the mirror after using this product for a few days. It legitimately does work!I purchased the shampoo/conditioner combo and just followed the instructions on the bottles. The shampoo I will freely admit smells absolutely terrible lol, like old musty dirt with a disgusting hint of fresh gym sweat. Just nasty lol. But it works! Thankfully the conditioner to apply right afterwards (which also works) smells fantastic and delightful in my opinion which helps to offset the shampoo's nastiness, lol.Not only am I seeing immediate results but the rest of my hair feels soft, full, and healthy for the first time in years. If you're like me and have been searching for a long time to solve your scalp issues, I encourage you very much to give this product a try. I am so absolutely thrilled that at least for me I've found something that finally, finally works.

So far so good after 1 wash my flakes were gone after my third was my scalp was alot better less itchy. I luv it so far been dealing with this issue for more than 4 yrs now. No more red spots on my scalp or white scalp

Excellent. The shampoo conditioner is good, but the serum is unbelievable! I have suffered from dandruff and horrible head inching my whole life. This product solved 95% of my problems almost immediately. I wash my hair twice a week and serum my head once a day. This the only product that actually worked! BUY IT!

Great for long term care for serroasis and those w flaky skin, doesn't help as much to treat as it does it just manage conditions, but has definitely helped to decrease itchiness and flaking. In combination with the Royce derm antifungal soaps it works even better

The only thing that seems to quiet down my seborrheic dermatitis. I also supplement Collagen which seems to help out a bit too, but I am not a medical professional. Your experience might vary.

This stuff is magic, pure witchcraft. I had red dry, itchy flaky skin on my face anywhere there was hair (beard, moustache, eybrows and sideburns), it was horrific. Off the shelf face creams made no difference, prescribed medicated shampoo (to use as face wash) as well as prescription strength steroid cream didn’t touch it. This stuff 100% clear after 24-48 hours. I cannot compliment it enough.
