I purchased this dog bed in December 2023, and my dog absolutely loved it from the start. However, he tends to scratch at his bed before settling down, and unfortunately, the fabric began to fray after just one use.Over the next year, I washed the bed a few times, and that’s when the issues with the zipper started. It became increasingly difficult to reassemble the bed after each wash, so I began putting off cleaning it just to avoid the hassle. Eventually, the zipper broke entirely.The bed lasted about a year and a half, not ideal considering the price I paid. For comparison, I have another dog who’s been using a $65 bed since he was a puppy, and he’s now five years old. That bed is still going strong.Overall, while my dog enjoyed the bed, the quality and durability didn’t meet expectations for the cost.

This bed is comfy and noticeably cooler than anywhere else in the room. My dog loves it. However, the bumper part unzips separately from inside of the main cover and the fit is just too tight. It's incredibly difficult to get back in and after washing it several times (because dogs), the zipper is breaking. I was going to buy a bigger size but I don't think I want to continue to deal with this on an even bigger bed so I'll have to look elsewhere.Overall, it's a wonderful bed and it does it's job. I just can't continue to use it if the zipper is going to continue to get worse each time I wash it.

Had no idea such a product existed until saw "the pitch" on Shark Tank. They did not get a deal ...but was still interested in the product line. Believe this cooling bed is helpful for dogs that tend to get hot easily or live in warmer climates. Gave it 4 star rating because it could be a little more padded for 72lb senior dog with arthritis. Added a orthopedic pad under the cooling bed to achieve that goal. If the company offered a bed with extra orthopedic support that would be a plus. Can't say how this bed compares to other cooling beds but so far so good after 3+ months use in summertime.

I bought this item for my 10 lbs senior morkie, who has a heart issue :(. She always pants, so I try to keep her cool as much as I can. I have gotten other items that share a similar function as this bed for her. Although this bed is pricey, it works. It feels cool and stays cool. I leave this bed on the floor next to her little egg chair (to keep her elevated from the ground). She then can rotate between the bed, egg chair, the floor, and my bed. I got her the smallest size. My other dog, who is 20 lbs, likes this cold bed so much that he takes over (when he can), although it is kind of small for his body :).

So disappointed in this bed. This bed feels slightly cool but nowhere near cold. Definitely not the "coldest." My dog fell asleep in it instantly (so one extra star for being comfortable), but an hour later I found her lying on the floor next to the bed panting. My dog is elderly and overheats easily, so I need something to seriously cool her down. I was hoping this bed would finally help her sleep through the night, but I guess I have to figure out something else.Plus, I can confirm what all the other reviewers are saying about the cover. Literally after only a day the fabric cover started coming apart in these web-like patches. If the bed was actually cold I would've been fine just purchasing my own cover to go over the bed, but considering the bed didn't serve the purpose I bought it for, I couldn't justify the (insanely high) price. Returned.
