Great product, Great vendor!

These are fantastic jars for homebrewing. Glass is thick and sturdy and handles are nicely sized. Our package arrived with the tape damaged and rubber bungs and caps were missing, but North Mountain Supply sent us out the missing pieces right away! Thank you so much to them for the excellent customer support!

Missing pieces

The product is good and it is packed very good for shipping, no breakage here. The problem I have is I am missing pieces. I was on a trip when it came and so my return window has closed, but I would sure like to receive the two rubber stoppers and one screw cap I am missing:(
