MCombo 92 in 3 Seater Reclining Sofa with Storage Console 6034M4 (Red)

First, I bought a single recliner and enjoyed it so much that I bought a second recliner and my neighbor even bought one after seeing mine. The recliners are very well-made, quiet, with many features, including heaters, vibration, cupholders, and USB ports.The single units can be put together within 15 minutes with no tools. The couch takes a little longer, but a tool is provided. Then I bought this three person couch-recliner and had an issue with the back heater on the left side. I contacted the phone number for customer service and was told to send pictures, which I did. They promptly sent me out a replacement for the back at no charge. I was very pleased with their cooperation and could not have asked for better service than I received from MCombo!

First, this sofa is comfortable. Very supportive cushions that seem like they will last for a long time. Second, the massage feature is so relaxing. It has 4 massage modes and you can pick and choose which parts you want massaged. It even has heat! Third, the power reclining feature puts me at the right angle for kicking back to watch my favorite shows. Finally, this sofa was a great price for the value. I would expect to pay twice as much in a furniture store for something comparable. I will be enjoying this sofa for many years.

The instructions left something to desire and it is extremely heavy, but the sofa looks great

High quality and impressed. Easy to put together. Really soft and comfy. Love the heat and massage features. The recliners are super quiet and smooth.

Arrived complete and in undamaged shipping boxes. Assembly was easy, everything is working great, the only thing is the material is warm or doesn't breathe well for sitting on in the summer heat here in the AZ, 110 deg desert so have to use a bath towel the back and seat so I don't get sweaty while sitting and get sticky and be uncomfortable, I presume it will be just fine in the winter's cold weather. Otherwise it is a very good coutch 👍👍.

*****DO NOT BUY THIS******* SAFETY HAZARD. I purchased this on 12/24. Within one week the couch on the left side went bad. No heat no massager. I contacted seller and they blamed me for "unplugging" it. I told them it wqs defective and for safety reasons I unplugged it. They said I voided the warranty by doing that. I contacted my amazon card and amazon. They contacted seller and reported they "were not helpful". This company is trash. Do not do business with this 3rd party company

I looked for a long time to find a good couch for my new apartment and I am so happy with this one. Came in 4 boxes and was relatively easy to put together. Super comfy! Reclines a very decent amount and the heat and massage features have actually helped a lot with back pain.

I had this in our den and only 2 adults no children. I have attempted several times to submit videos and emails and have not heard a thing. We don’t sit in it daily and the one side is not even staying together. There should be a year warranty and it is up in March. I need contacted by the company because Amazon is not backing what they sell. ~UPDATE~ We contacted the company and they have backed their product and sent out pieces needed and made everything right. I couldn’t have asked for a better response. I am giving it 4 stars just because it has been a long time since I have started the process, but I will say to find a company now a days to do this is very unusual and very important.
