How wide is this connector? does it have a limit on the width of the cob light strip that needs to be connected?

Do the strips have to touch each other on the corner connector? I can't get the strip very far in to the connector to make them touch.

hello, You need to pull both sides of the corner connector at the same time and then push up to adjust the contact position to ensure that 2 copper contacts on the led strip are fully touched.
