Aside from the obvious 2" diagonal, 4K vs 1080p resolution, and consequent pixel density, The thinness between the pixels and the drawing surface, also known as parallax, 10bpc pre-calibrated vs 8bpc color depth, Slightly brighter display, Faster pixel response time, Slightly broader color gamut, Thunderbolt support, if you prefer a single USB-C connector, and 2yr warranty in the US. That's all I could find to differentiate the two. It's up to you to determine if the significant price delta is worth the features, of course. Oh also if you opt to pay $500 more for multi-touch functionality, that's also an option.
