Sold in the uk without a means of plugging into the mains very poor

Did not come with UK adapter plug. May update once I have it charged, until I get one its just an ornament.

I am very happy with the Bissell Spinwave. Since Covid I had to let the maid go and have been doing my own housework which I hate. The Spinwave has made my life so much easier. Highly recommend AAA. It comes with a US plug but with a simple adaptor it works perfect. Agent was very helpful as well.

OMG this is the best cleaning itemI've ever bought. It's awesome and does a fantastic job. I have hybrid timber floors throughout the whole house, and one charge, which takes 3 hours, is enough to do the whole house. It is also sooo quiet, can barely hear it. I Use the scrubby pads as I find these clean the stubborn dirt better. I only use a small amount of water as my flooring isn't water resistant, I then remove the pads, chuck them in the washing machine and dryer. It really is a great little machine. It tends to drive itself, and that suits me just fine thank you Bissell. A+++

This is actually my second Bissell SpinWave. I originally had the corded version, and it worked great until my puppy decided the power cord looked like a chew toy. Instead of buying another corded model, I figured it was a good excuse to try the cordless version, and I'm really glad I did. I use it on my hardwood floors, especially after the dogs have been running around, and it's become one of my favorite cleaning tools. Being cordless makes a much bigger difference than I expected because I'm not constantly moving the cord from outlet to outlet or worrying about it getting wrapped around furniture. The battery has plenty of runtime to clean my large living area and most of my house on a single charge, which is all I really need. It cleans well, the spinning pads do a great job without leaving the floors overly wet, and it's light enough that I don't mind pulling it out for quick cleanups instead of waiting until the floors are really dirty. If you've used the corded version before, this feels like a nice upgrade in convenience. I was happy with my first SpinWave, but after using this cordless model, I don't see myself going back.

Please dont buy Bissel products unless you want things that break down fast. To get this item clean 2 times a year and that cost 100$ each time. If it break down they will replace you with a cheaper model and telling you its the same model that you bought. Customer services are garbage because they will not tell you the item is discontinue and will send you a cheaper model as a replacement. YOU CANNOT RETURN AFTER YOU PURCHASE EVEN IF YOU HAVE MSSING ITEM OR BROKEN. If this thing break down you need to bring to a authorize dealer and there they will tell you its only need clean its not broken. and they will charge you 100 $ each time to clean which is not included in the warranty. DONT BUY THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS.
