History of Cuba: Cuba Libre! Cuban History from Christopher Columbus to Fidel Castro

Ten dollars for 43 pages of large print is ridiculous. This doesn't even amount to one page for each decade of the country's inhabited existence. It is not particularly well organized or written, but this may be because it is a translation. I have been in the habit of buying most of my books from amazon. I'll have to be more careful in the future.

The book is a fast read. It has a lot of information and is well organized. It does not go too deeply into policies or politics of nations that influenced Cuba's history.

Read this is one sitting and consider it a total waste of time. Focuses entirely on the political background of Cuba, which would not have been bad if it had been in a cohesive format. The writer jumps back and forth between eras, subjects and political alliances, which I found incredibly annoying.

This is highly condensed summary of Cuba’s history. The books was clearly written in Spanish and later translated, so there are several grammatical errors and wrong translations. For a “quick and dirty” read on Cuba is good.

Cuban history was in the making for over 400 years. This book is 43 pages long. Buy at your own risk. Returning.

it was ok, not too much there

Barely an outline of Cuban history. Only 42 pages. Really not worth it.

Brevity is good up to a point, but this booklet overshoots that goal. More explanation and context is needed. Clearly written but ends up being names and dates.

About 40 pages, in large print, this looks as if it has been lifted from Wikipedia in 5 minutes flat. Amazon should delist this product and its supplier. A complete disgrace.

There was no detail in this book, very vague. It's written like a short story, you can read in about 30 minutes. I don't recommend buying it if you are looking for the history of Cuba. Netflix has a Cuba documentary which is much better.
